It all starts with the right material. In this case, special strong tempered steel for the locking bolt, housing and parts of the lock mechanism. The integrated ABUS XPlus cylinder is optimized against tampering, for example against picking the lock.
The GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 also plays in the first division in terms of electronics. The alarm function with 3D Position Detection reacts sensitively to tampering attempts by activating a 100 dB alarm. The brake disc detection system knows exactly when the lock is being used to secure your motorcycle to the disc. Thus, the GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 can be conveniently transported closed without triggering the alarm. Different colored LEDs visually inform you of battery status and activity
